This is a small, hands-on team by design — everyone here does real work, not a narrow slice of it. Baristas know the kitchen. Kitchen staff know the counter. Nobody’s job is to just stand in one spot.
Growing together means that as the brand grows into new formats and new locations, the people who helped build the first room get first consideration for the next one — not as a promise on paper, but as how we’d actually rather do it.
